Terms of Service

1. The service

ClipHunter AI accepts supported videos or links, creates transcripts and candidate highlights, renders subtitled clips, and offers actions to share selected clips with supported platforms. Features depend on provider availability, account permissions, and service capacity. We may change, limit, or discontinue features as the service develops.

2. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You must own it or have permission to upload, process, and publish it, including any music, images, voices, and personal information it contains. You are responsible for choosing the material, reviewing generated results, and complying with applicable law and platform rules.

Do not submit content that infringes others' rights, violates privacy, or is unlawful. We may restrict access or remove content where needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

3. Permission to process content

You give ClipHunter AI permission to store and process submitted content only as needed to provide the requested video workflow, deliver the result, and carry out a sharing action you select. This includes sending necessary material to processing providers and, when you choose a destination, to that platform. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention.

4. Third-party platforms

Posting to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or VK requires the permissions and account eligibility set by that platform. You must follow each platform's terms and content rules. ClipHunter AI does not control third-party moderation, API availability, or whether a post becomes public.

For TikTok, see the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. TikTok may restrict unaudited integrations to private visibility. Publishing or inbox upload requires the relevant creator authorization and an explicit sharing action.

5. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your Telegram and connected platform accounts and for maintaining access to them. Do not provide credentials to someone else through ClipHunter AI. Access may be limited during beta operation or when usage, security, or platform restrictions apply.

6. Availability and generated output

Transcripts, highlight suggestions, subtitles, and captions are automated and can contain errors. Review them before sharing. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular audience reach, or a specific posting result.

7. Responsibility and limits

To the extent allowed by applicable law, ClipHunter AI is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages, moderation decisions, or content submitted without the required rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and contact
