Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

ClipHunter AI processes creator-submitted videos to produce transcripts, highlights, subtitled clips, and optional posts to selected platforms. This policy explains what information is involved and how to contact us about it.

1. Information we process

  • Account and usage information: Telegram account identifiers, display names or usernames supplied by Telegram, access settings, usage and quota records, and actions needed to operate the bot.
  • Creator content: Videos or supported video URLs you submit; extracted audio, timestamps, transcripts, highlight selections, subtitles, and rendered clips produced from them.
  • Connected platform information: Account identifiers, authorization credentials or access tokens supplied for a platform integration, plus the post metadata and status needed to carry out a requested upload.
  • Operational data: Limited service logs and error information used to maintain reliability, security, and abuse controls.

2. How we use information

We use submitted content to transcribe speech, identify useful moments, render subtitles and clips, deliver results to you in Telegram, and submit a selected clip when you use a platform action. Account and operational records help route results, apply access and usage limits, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service.

We do not sell creator data or use submitted media for advertising. A platform upload happens through the creator-directed flow, subject to that platform's authorization and availability.

3. Service providers and sharing

Video processing may use configured transcription and AI providers, including Groq, Gemini, or other configured providers, to analyze the content needed for the requested result. Telegram carries bot messages and uploaded media. If you choose to share a clip, the clip and its post metadata are sent to the selected service, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or VK. Those services handle data under their own policies.

We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

4. TikTok Content Posting

When TikTok posting is enabled and the target creator has granted the required permission, ClipHunter AI can use TikTok's Content Posting API to upload a chosen clip. Direct posting requires the video.publish scope; upload to the TikTok inbox uses video.upload. TikTok receives the selected video and accompanying post information only for a requested upload.

TikTok account permissions and post visibility are governed by TikTok. You can revoke the app's TikTok access through your TikTok account settings. TikTok may limit visibility or availability while an integration is unaudited or under review.

5. Retention and security

Source media and derived media are held temporarily under the product's six-hour retention policy; active processing can defer cleanup until work finishes. Some account, usage, feedback, posting, and operational records may remain longer as needed to provide and protect the service. Platform authorization remains subject to its validity and revocation rules.

We use HTTPS for this website and limit access to service systems. No internet service can promise absolute security.

6. Your choices and requests

You control which content you submit and which platform action you take. You can revoke third-party access through the relevant platform. To ask about your data, request correction or deletion of records we control, or raise a privacy concern, email support@cloak-bot.com. Include enough information for us to locate your account, but do not send passwords or access tokens. We will review the request and respond in line with applicable obligations.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions, contact support@cloak-bot.com.
